Refund policy

Returns and exchanges are not permitted as all of the items in the shop are custom made to order for each customer. After completing a purchase you have 1 hour to cancel the order (which can be done through a direct message on instagram @state.of.self.apparel , please provide your name and order number) 

Under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal.
