Hand Painted Organic Cotton T-Shirt Dress - Helena - Dusk Dragon

The Helena Dress is made from 100% organic interlock cotton and is freehand painted meaning each piece is one of a kind and made to order. The fabric is semi heavyweight, semi structured, stretchy & soft. A comfortable and yet sturdy piece designed for those who don't fuck around and want to develop a personal connection to their clothing, oh and always with pockets! The paint on the fabric is professionally heat set and although is somewhat rigid fresh will begin to soften as you wear and wash, this piece is designed to move and evolve with you and become better over time. 

The fit is t-shirt-ish with slight shaping at the natural waist. A kimono style sleeve ensures lots of room in the armpit for ample ease of movement. You can be cozy enough to take a nap, look beautiful, and be scary all at the same time! 

The Dusk Dragon colorway features bleach dye detail with metallic and semi holographic blue green/dark silver and with deep purple/blue painting overtop. This dress comes in two options, a "front only" and a "font and back". The "front only" option includes the paint design only on the front and the back will have bleach detail (see final photos) with a waist tie sewn on. The "front and back" option includes paint detail on both the front and back as shown in the photos. 

This design was built out of a deep need to express feminine fire energy to honor the feminine spirit that is so deeply in need of a place to let it all out. FABRIC CARE:

Machine washable on gentle/eco cycle and with eco friendly detergent. Wash inside out and with less clothing in the wash to preserve the paint for longer. Tumble dry inside out on cotton setting. 

STRETCHING/SHRINKING:

The 100% organic interlock cotton has been preshrunk however it will stretch and conform to your body as your body heats up the fibers, the dress has been patterned with this in mind and may feel snug at first and then it will conform to your unique shape soon after wearing. To reshink the dress back to its original shape simply wash and tumble dry to keep it at a stretched state wash and dry flat.
